Hdpe butt welding machine we produce as flows:
 
1. Manual HDPE Butt Fusion Welding Machine from 63mm to 250mm for HDPE pipe.
 
2. Hydraulic HDPE butt Fusion Welding Machine from 63mm to 1600mm for HDPE pipe.
 
3. Pipe cutting saws from 0mm to 1600mm for HDPE pipe.
 
4. Workshop HDPE Fitting machine from 90mm to 1600mm.
 

 Application and features
1. Consist of Basic frame, Hydraulic unit, Planing tool,Heating plate, and Support for planing tool and heating plate and optional parts(wheel trolley,data logger,stub end device for short flange,Crane Hoist).

2. The raw material of the machine frame is aluminum ZL104, it is light but strong, is one of the best material for machine.

3.Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature control system.  
4.  Electric Trimmer with reversible double cutting edge blades.
     
5.  Hydraulic unit provides welding machine with compressing power. 
6. Be made of Aluminum  material, easy to carry and transport.
7. Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.    
8. Temperature Controller and Timer, easy to know the time and temperature.
